Cumin-Rubbed Salmon

  • Cooking spray
  • 4 salmon fillets (about 4 ounces each), rinsed, patted dry
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Lightly spray the foil with cooking spray.
  2. Arrange the fish with the smooth side up in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  3. In a small bowl, stir together the remaining ingredients. Sprinkle over the top of the fish.
Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until the fish is the desired doneness.
